Welcome to the Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards
This year’s Inspiring Women in Construction and Engineering Awards will recognise the individuals and teams making outstanding contributions to gender diversity within their industry.
The awards recognise individuals, teams, companies and initiatives that have helped contribute to making a construction or engineering firm and the industry a better place to work. This represents a unique opportunity for women within the civil engineering, geotechnical engineering and construction sectors to gain recognition at a national level and have their achievements celebrated across New Civil Engineer , Ground Engineering and Construction News .
The entry deadline is Friday 24 March 2026. The awards will take place on Wednesday 16 September 2026.

Workshop and mentoring
Shortlisted entries for the 2026 awards are invited to an exclusive learning and development workshop on Thursday 02 July , offering networking and a unique opportunity to discuss challenges and career development.
In addition to winning a trophy, the winners will receive mentoring support through the programme to further boost their careers.

How can I view the criteria before entering?
To view the criteria, create your account, or login with your email and password used to create your account if you have already done so. Select ‘Enter Now’ against the category you wish to view where the criteria will be displayed. If you wish to start your entry at this point any information you add will be autosaved and you can login to complete the rest of the entry at any time.
How do I log back in to work on my un-submitted entry?
Enter the email address and password that you used when you first started your entry on the log in page, you will then be taken through to your dashboard and will be able to continue your entry.
How do I enter more than one category?
You can enter another category by selecting the category you wish to enter from the ‘Categories’ section.
